About Dwellings

Dwellings is by design a small company. To better serve our clients, Dwellings focuses its' efforts in the geographically specific regions South Placer County and North Sacramento County and include areas such as Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Loomis, Lincoln, Antelope, Orangevale, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, portions of Citrus Heights, and portions of Foothill Farms in Sacramento. The purpose of this is to optimize the overhead so that the size of the company never exceeds its ability.

The result; the level of service remains personal and effective, never making you feel like just another number. The unique advantage to Dwellings is that we don’t have more units than we can effectively manage. The bigger guys, we’ve found, can no longer offer reasonable service to their clients, tenants, or properties. We don’t want to have that happen to us, so slow growth it is.

Dwellings is also a member of the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley (www.rha.org) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (www.narpm.org) whose membership holds us to certain ethics and standards, in addition offers its members access to up to date industry information, legal information, etc…
